6) 1/2 table spoon or to taste of pepper
7) 1/2 table spoon or to taste of sesame oil
8) 1 tea spoon of thick soya sauce
9) 1/2 tea spoon of corn starch

a) Marinade the chicken, soya sauce, pepper & sesame oil.

b) You can marinade it for 1 hour before cook or over nite.

c) First heat up the wok with 2 table spoon of cooking oil or olive oil to saute the garlic & ginger till fragnant.

d) Now can throw the marinade chicken and give a few fry.

e) When you see the chicken like turning into cook color, pour the 1 can of 125ml Coca-cola (don't frighten yourself with the bubbles, it's normal)

f) Give another few fry before add the thick soya sauce and fry again till even color.

g) Close it with wok cover to stew the chicken.

h) On and off check the Coca-cola level and fry the chicken so that it can evenly stew and cook.

i) Once you see the gravy like it's almost dry up for your next check, then you add in the corn starch (mix with 2 table spoon of water) and slowly fry again. Lift up and serve.

ii) Spring Onions with Preserved Salted Vegetable Omelette Eggs

Easy peasy recipe as I know everybody can fry Omelette Eggs don't you?

1) Few sticks of Spring Onions (cut about 2cm each)

2) 1 tea spoon of Preserved Salted Vegetable (chopped)

3) 3 eggs (beaten)

a) After beaten 3 eggs, throw in Spring Onions & Preserved vegetable and beat it again evenly.

b) Add some soya sauce & pepper to taste.

c) Heat up wok with cooking oil or olive oil and pour in the mixed beaten eggs and fry.

d) Lift up and serve.

iii) Fried English Gourd

1) 1 English Gourd (Chinese call it "Fat Sau Kua") Buddha's palm Gourd....hehehehe (peeled off skin and cut slices)

2) 1/2 clove of Garlic (chopped)

3) 2 table spoon of Dried Prawns

4) Red Chillies (cut slices)

a) Heat up the wok with cooking oil or olive oil, throw in garlic and dried prawns and stir till fragnant.

b) Pour in the English Gourd and stir it like you fry normal vegetables.

c) Red chillies will be final step when you judge the English Gourd almost done.

d) Lift up and serve.

All in all, it's yummy for dinner that nite especially the Stew Coca-cola Chicken and Hubby ask for more rice....lol
