Actually it's carrot "pan mee" which I cook in dry method with mushrooms & cuttlefish balls....
To my dismay not nice lor....dunno how to describe further for the taste but still finished it lar....abo then wastage leh....

You guys must be ponder what food is this rite?...don't get frightened with the color OK....I admit that I love to add more on the thick soya sauce if I go for dry noddles or into my chicken rice....but this time apply too much edi lar...lol

hahahha, this is pan mee, from first look i thought this is some pork or chicken dish with black sauce. :D
